Front of House Lead - (manage front of house for a specific cast which includes taking in-person tickets, managing ushers, looking up orders, etc.)
Stage Crew Team Member - (Help backstage with stage crew for tech and dress rehearsals as well as the assembly and all performances of a specific cast. You will be assigned to help the cast OPPOSITE of your student performer. That way you can still be in the audience to watch your student when they perform.)
Hallway Team Member - (Help in the hallway with students for tech and dress rehearsals as well as the assembly and all performances of a specific cast. You will be assigned to help the cast OPPOSITE of your student performer. That way you can still be in the audience to watch your student when they perform.)
Marketing Committee Member - Help brainstorm ways to spread word about the show.
Program/Sponsorships - Help contact local families and businesses to secure sponsorships for the show. Gather logos and ads for the program. Help design, print and fold the programs.
Fundraising Committee Member - Brainstorm fundraising elements for the evening. Help round up food trucks for the night. Gather and prepare items for the silent auction.
Costume Team Member - (Help with costumes before and during a portion of the show for tech and dress rehearsals as well as the assembly and all performances of a specific cast. You will be assigned to help the cast OPPOSITE of your student performer. That way you can still be in the audience to watch your student when they perform.)
Concessions Team Member - (Help sell concessions in the faculty lounge for all performances of a specific cast. You will be assigned to help the cast OPPOSITE of your student performer. That way you can still be in the audience to watch your student when they perform.)
Stage Light Operators Team Member - (Run the light box on the stage for tech and dress rehearsals as well as the assembly and all performances of a specific cast. You will be assigned to help the cast OPPOSITE of your student performer. That way you can still be in the audience to watch your student when they perform.)
Cast Party Committee Member - You will be in charge of organizing and planning the final cast party. The party will be held Friday, November 20 from 1:30-2:30 p.m. You will be given a budget amount and reimbursed for what you spend.
Parent Rehearsal Assistant - You will come each week on the day listed below from 7:30-8:45 a.m. to do crowd control to help keep kids focused. You do not need to prepare anything ahead of time. Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday openings available.
